In order to increase the understanding, mastery, and use of the company's current rules, regulations, and procedures for all employees, especially new employees, efforts are made to increase the efficiency of internal operations, effectively improve the execution, and promote the continuous improvement of internal management. On the 2nd and 9th to the 10th, two rules and regulations were announced in New Taipei and Donggang respectively. All employees of the company participated in this activity.
In order to guarantee the effectiveness of the preaching, before the event was launched, the speaker continued to conduct simulated exercises on the preaching content and perfected the speech program. During the event, the two speakers gave lectures on nearly 30 chapters of the corporate culture, integrated management, personnel and operations, financial and business management modules, and gave key tips on the core content of each system.
After the presentation meeting, each department carried out exchanges and discussions based on their experiences and thoughts in the management work. They carefully analyzed the basis and reasons for the formulation of each system, analyzed in depth the difficulties and problems in the implementation of the system, conscientiously implemented and effectively implemented The effective implementation of the system serves as the starting point and strengthens the execution of the enterprise.
Through this preaching session, all the staff of Zhihengda got a better understanding of the main contents of the company's rules and regulations, increased the awareness of compliance with the implementation system, and played a catalytic role in the establishment of company rules and regulations and compliance management.
The preaching of the system is not an end, but a new starting point.
